Understanding “in-process” documentation for process control

The participants will learn how to read the standard technical documentation provided with Fedegari equipment (e.g. P&ID and “Phase Groups” Datasheet). This will give a deeper understanding to manage any action performed by process controllers Thema4 and/or Thema3 during the execution of an automated treatment cycle (including triggering of “Phase Alarms”).

Who should attend?

The seminar is dedicated to personnel working in automated treatments design, validation of automated controls, engineering, maintenance, and any personnel operating Fedegari process controllers.

Cancellations

Course fees are fully refundable, if written notice is received up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the course. After that, cancellations will be refunded less a 30%

service fee. Cancellations received within 7 days prior the beginning of the course are not refundable.

In case of course cancellation, Fedegari’s responsibility is limited to refund the received fees.

Substitutions are accepted without penalties. Please, inform before the beginning of the course.

Outcome

• Understand why Fedegari Process Controller should be categorized as a “Configured system”, this in compliance with GAMP5

 

• Understand “Cycle” and “Program” structure in Fedegari process controllers

 

• Know the function and define cycle and program parameters

 

• Understand the behavior of any device controlled during cycle execution (e.g. for troubleshooting purpose).
