Performance and ruggedness are the elements
that make these sterilizers absolutely unique. Thanks
to its indisputable technological and manufacturing
know-how in the field, Fedegari has introduced technical
solutions devised for much more sophisticated applications,
such as those for the pharmaceutical field, in order
to achieve the best performance. The ruggedness of these
units meets the specific requirement of allowing use
anywhere in the world and in any environmental and operating
condition.
The H2000 model is the latest version of these
sterilizers for 1 sterile unit. It complies with European
standard EN 285 (Sterilization, Steam sterilizers, large
Sterilizers) and is designed to also allow civil use
and to operate when installed in a tent, in appropriately
designed containers or inside buildings.
The operation of the Feldautoklav H2000 is fully
automatic: a simple and advanced man-machine interface
allows to shrink operator training time and significantly
reduce the possibility of errors which might compromise
the safety of the result.
For this purpose, the whole piping has been
improved considerably, allowing even faster and easier
ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, bearing in mind
the limited availability during field operations of
all the resources that are normally present in a hospital
and the need for constant use of the unit, on which
the life of people often depends in view of its application.
To minimize water consumption and the associated
logistic problems, the Feldautoklav H2000 can be connected
to a specially designed refrigeration unit, which can
recover approximately 10% of the water consumed.
If the availability of demineralized water is not a
problem, as in the case of installation in a hospital,
the sterilizer can be connected directly to the specific
utility and the refrigeration unit is therefore unnecessary.
Weighing in at 110 kg and thanks to its telescopic
handles, the Feldautoklav H2000 can be easily carried
by 2 or 4 people without having to resort to any means
of transport for installation and is ready for operation
in less than 20 minutes.
