Some of the most significant examples are steam sterilizers
with washing and sterilization cycle for elastomeric
closures, processes for sterilizing high-pathogen materials,
sterilizers with rotating loads and plants using liquid
or supercritical CO2 for special applications. These designs are the best expression of customer-supplier
cooperation and are founded on mutual recognition of
each other's skills.
The results achieved have allowed both the customer
and the supplier to evolve the technology of their products
and grow with it over time, being imitated by those who
lack the courage to explore new options and instead
merely offer whatever is asked of them.
