Over the past few years, Fedegari has shown constant commitment to formation and growth, investing and offering opportunities to young people from Pavia’s area and beyond.
In fact, the company opens its doors to youngsters, proposing wide and different possibilities for formation and training, with the aim of reaching and offering the highest levels of quality and at the same time guaranteeing participants a preparation for both a possible future and inside the company and for a different working perspective in Pavia’s territory in general.
On this basis Fedegari participates and takes part in projects, collaborations and activities aimed at discovering new talents, in order to give them the opportunity to learn about a business context in practical life through the aforementioned formation and training programs.
Through participation in events such as the career day of the University of Pavia, which allow Fedegari to discover, learn and get in touch with new figures, it is possible to set in motion a continuous revolution in which young ones are the main protagonists.
Fedegari has always been very keen on young people and considers their education a fundamental resource for the territory its-self, especially in such a richly international context where it risks being lost.
During the annual Career Day of the University of Pavia, which falls in the month of May, Fedegari presents itself to the students of the various faculties of the University, who, if interested, have the opportunity to leave their CV and thus establish a possible contact with the company.
Also of great importance for the company is the “school-work alternation” project agreed with the Technical Institute G. Cardano of Pavia, with which Fedegari has signed a 3-year collaboration. Thanks to this cooperation, annually, eight students will follow a training course that will accompany them during their last school year. During their time in the company the students will follow two paths: one focused on the welding process and one concerning 3D design techniques.
The ultimate goal of this process is, in addition to the training of students, to insert them and make them understand the mechanisms of a working reality and to explain them how the learnt productive processes intertwine in a generic business context.
