Albuzzano (Italy) – Last November 12th, Fedegari Tech Center host more than 70 participants at the ASCCA Day, an event promoted by the Italian Association of Studies in Environmental Contamination Control. The event brought together different personal experiences presented by international experts from the pharmaceutical industry such as Claudia Roth (Vetter Pharma, Germany), Gilberto Dalmaso (Particle Measuring Systems), Conor Murray (Contamination Control Expert, Ireland Convenor Biocontamination Working Group CEN 243 -WG-5), Mauro Giusti and Patrizia Muscas (Eli Lilly).
The president of ASCCA, Pier Angelo Galligani, opened the Ceremony together with the Vice-president, Sergio Mauri and Giuseppe Fedegari, President of Fedegari Group who emphasized the opportunities created by the pharma manufacturing of the future.
During the event, the attendees learned how to face and overcome different technological background barriers in aseptic manufacturing while comparing different points of view. The ultimate goal of the seminar was to answer the question “Do engineers and microbiologists speak a common language in order to achieve the drug excellence goal?” After the Seminar, the participants had the opportunity to visit Fedegari facilities and workshop.
